British Icons – Small and Large Classroom Displays (PDF)

Create a small or large British-themed classroom display! British Icons is a collection of colourful decorations to print, cut out and arrange on a classroom display board or in a school corridor.

What's included?

• A 51-page PDF: 47 illustration pages plus 4 pages containing the cover, printing and assembly guide, and contents lists.
• 11 designs on individual A4 sheets: Big Ben, a telephone box, a London taxi, a post box, a London bus, the Union Jack flag, London Eye, the Palace of Westminster, a Royal Guard, Tower Bridge and an Underground sign.
• 12 large versions of selected illustrations, split across 2–4 A4 sheets for assembly, including XL versions of Big Ben, the bus and the Palace of Westminster.
• 3 decorative extras: a British symbols collage with and without a cut line, and a decorative outline of the United Kingdom.
• Printing and assembly instructions in English, with tile labels to help you join the large pieces.

How to use

Choose individual A4 illustrations or larger versions to assemble. Print single-sided on A4 paper at 100% / Actual size, with automatic orientation. Join the large pieces as shown in the guide, then cut them out and arrange your own display.

Use the set to decorate a language classroom, create a themed display or celebrate the European Day of Languages. The decorative extras are illustrations, not accurate geographical maps.
